Premier Inn Chorley North

Thank you to the best Premier Inn staff I have ever encountered. You are all absolutely fantastic, and went above and beyond to support me during my stay. I booked a short stay at Chorley due to family sickness in January, and eventually needed to extend my time there several times. The reception staff were absolutely fantastic at helping me with this. Nothing was too much trouble for them - and they were always, always so kind and friendly. The cleaning staff were absolutely amazing at cheering me up, providing helpful suggestions for services and generally being all-round fabulous people. And absolutely every other member of staff I encountered was lovely too. At a very, very difficult time Premier Inn became my sanctuary - and the staff were my saviours. Thank you to you all, especially: Denise, Tina. Kirsty, Helen, Karen, Marty, Becky, Peter, Janine, Lauren. Julie and Ilona. Your kindness will never be forgotten.

The hotel is of the usual standard of premier Inn the staff were very pleasant and friendly. However do not stay in room 103 . It is above reception and is extremely noisy as there are 2 doors for other customers to use an through the night when the hotel is busy it was a nightmare to sleep . Reception did understand but unfortunately there wasn't anything they could do . They recommended we complain. Unfortunately they didn't uphold our complaint. A very unpleasant stay due to lack of sleep.

The location was ideal for the hotel as it was right next to the Malthouse Inn, so we had a nice evening meal in there. The room was very clean (310), however, whoever was staying directly above sounded like a herd of elephants, just seemed like they were walking back and forth for a few hours in the night and early morning, must of been getting their steps in!! The Thermostat for the heating automatically went down to 14 degrees in the night, eventhough, I set it at 22 degrees so was cold in the morning. We didn't report these issues to the Reception as we only stayed for the 1 night, however, if we were staying longer we would have requested another room.

Great hotel, very comfy bed. Spacious room, bathroom clean and excellent shower The only issue was that I arrived at 9pm and the heating had been turned off so my room was cold. I had to wait half an hour before it heated back up again and I just wanted to get ready for bed in the warm and sleep

Arrived at 2pm only to be told that it was a £10 early arrival fee.!! Arrived in freezing cold room (no heating on). Tried to turn on TV - no signal At reception asked for assistance - told they would look at it while we were out for the evening. Left at 6pm, back at 10 pm still not working. We've been regulars at Premier Inn for years but we will not be back here again

Comfy, clean and great location. Staff on reception desk helpful and friendly from start to finish. Special mention to the old guy (think he was the manager). The breakfast was fantastic and service was friendly and efficient. I have to say it’s one of the best premier inns breakfast we have ever had. Looking forward to my return journey
