Stayed 14th sept.25 We had a wonderful time. Room modern and clean. Spa with pool gym hydro with lots of extras sauna steam room and massage. Sampled them all... great. Breakfast afternoon tea amazing. All staff, spa,resturant, cleaning, and especially the great bar man who made us many supper cocktails, good helpful and very nice manner. Will be back soon.

Horrendous, got there and the checking in was so slow took nearly an hour to get through a queue of 7 guests so decided to go up to the lobby bar for a drink, no one was serving, waited 20 mins in a chair until someone finally arrived to serve. After checking in we were left to find our own rooms as the receptionist spoke very little English. Walking through the corianders to our room was like walking through what I can only describe as a prison. The afternoon tea was set in a cold fully concreted bare solid colour room, I could see my own breathe in the air it was that cold. The room was ok very small and basic but clean enough, the corridors looked like they hadn’t been hoovered for decades. They decided to put us right next to a nightclub that is on site and failed to tell us before or during our stay there would be a rave going on until past 3am in the morning! So what was supposed nice relaxing break turned into a sleep deprived nightmare, we missed breakfast the next day as we were so tired to even get up. We addressed our concern at the checkout desk where the gentlemen just shrugged his shoulders and said thank you, I don’t think he understood a word we was saying.
