Schön gelegen im Biosphärenreservat Chorin unweit des Klosters Chorin.Shuttle-Service von und zum Bahnhof. Sollte dazugebucht werden, da der Fußmarsch schon recht weit ist - vor allem mit Gepäck. Schönes, neues Haus.Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal.

Tolle Lage. Wir wurden sehr unkompliziert in ein neues Zimmer umgebucht und bestens versorgt. Freundliches Personal. Die Hotelanlage ist nicht nigelnagelneu, aber es war alles sauber und ordentlich.

Sehr sehr freundliche personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Keine gute Kaffee machine. Zimmer Ausstattung war nicht besonders. Ansonsten gerne wieder kann ich empfehlen.

Location is absolutely ace: easy walk from train station, quiet surroundings, within minutes at the lake and Kloster Chorin
Excellent staff: super-friendly at all times, very helpful
Food good: excellent dinner at restaurant, average breakfast but plenty
Accommodation disappointing (room in Haus am Wald): room was tiny, light/views all blocked by bushes, bathroom tiny, it really felt like being/sleeping in a cupboard, paper-thin walls

Positiv: Lage das Hotels, wovon man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell erreichen kann. Frühstück ausreichend und für jeden Gast ist etwas dabei. Die Zimmer sind Groß. - Speisenangebot Gut und soweit auch ok, Anbetracht der Tatsache das hier wenige Personen zu Abend essen Der Preis inklusive Frühstück war Top. Negativ: - Schimmel im Bad (siehe Fotos) - Toilettenpapier mit zwei Lagen wird bei neu Bezug nicht gewechselt und eine halbe Rolle befand sich noch im Bad (siehe Foto) - durch das große und starre Kopfkissen hatten alle aus unser Gruppe Probleme beim schlafen - Mini Fernseher - keine Minibar - fehlender Schallschutz, im Haus fand eine Feier bis in die Morgenstunden statt, dessen Musik man hörte, als ob man selber dabei sei - Bedienung 17:30 erfolgte widerwillig, da man ja Pause habe und reichte für 5 Personen nur eine Speisekarte 18:00 bediente uns ein neuer Kellner welcher sich Mühe gab. Dennoch erhielten wir noch weitere Speisekarten nach mehrfachen Aufforderungen - beim Frühstück war der Lachs nicht mehr in Ordnung, dieser war tranig sowie roch schlecht - wir spielten Billard, doch machte man gegen 21:00 das Licht aus und schaltete dies erst nach mehreren Aufforderung wieder an (der Billardtisch befand sich im Blickbereich der Rezeption) Das Objekt und die Lage sind Top und hat Potential. Leider fehlt hier Fachpersonal, was etwas daraus macht.
