The afternoon tea was even more amazing: handmade pastries paired with a seasonal fruit platter. Sitting on the viewing terrace, listening to the raindrops dripping from the eaves, the hustle and bustle of the mountain world was completely detached. The owner explained that the mushrooms are all picked that morning from the mountains, and the broth is simmered for hours with an old hen.
