During the Spring Festival, I was fortunate to stay at the Four Points Sheraton Hotel. The hotel has just opened, the facilities are very complete, the room is quiet and hygienic. When checking in, the front desk girl Joy was also very enthusiastic and also kindly informed us of the network wifi. The overall experience was very good👍

We originally booked a king-size room, but because the child was unhappy, we upgraded to a family room. The room was large and clean, and we especially enjoyed playing in the tent. We forgot to order breakfast, so we added it on the spur of the moment. It was a pleasant surprise. It was in the same place as the Sheraton, and the hotel front desk was also very patient. Special thanks to Lily at the front desk for giving us a small balloon when she saw that our child was unhappy. The zoo was also very fun~

The room was large, very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Living on the 23rd floor. The night view of the city can be seen! The most moving thing is the service details: the front desk lady took the initiative to help me carry the suitcase, see that I brought a computer and sent an extra desk; I returned to the room at night and found that there was warm milk and handwritten notes on the bedside, and asked me if I wanted to add pillows. It rained when I checked out the next day. The staff took me to the door with an umbrella and stuffed a paper towel to wipe the rain. This service was a bit flattering to me. The price/performance ratio is also absolutely amazing. This price can live in a hotel with such exquisite decoration and such intimate service. I will definitely choose here next time I come to Yongchuan! 🌟

The location is easy to find. It's opposite Wanda. It's close to the zoo. The girl at the front desk is friendly and the service is good. Especially the parking is free. It's very convenient. The location is just at the entrance of the lobby

衞生：房間可能挺新的，味道還沒有完全散去。衞生間地面有殘留的痕跡沒洗乾淨，自己弄了一下估計頑固了，也沒弄掉。可能是地板裂痕。 環境：地下停車場讓我一度以為我走錯了地方，整體環境很一般。 設施：房間沒有蚊香液，導致被咬幾口後氧醒，開始滅蚊大戰。 服務：凌晨5點致電前台，説沒有蚊香液，不過服務態度還是不錯，説有花露水。不過孩子太小，沒要。 枕頭，兩個枕頭都不太好用，可能我不太習慣。

When you get off the car, there are staff to help open the door and take the luggage. Some star-rated hotels don't have this service now. When checking in, the beautiful girl at the front desk will actively remind you to register the license plate number, and you can enter and exit freely and automatically. When I checked out today, it was raining outside, and the staff also held an umbrella and sent it to the car, which was so heartwarming. There is also a park behind the hotel. From the room, the scenery is beautiful. It's a pity that I didn't have time to go shopping this time. Next time I come to Yongchuan, this hotel will be my first choice.

The stay experience was very good! The beauty Xiaoshu at the front desk was warm and patient, and also helped us upgrade the room for free, so that we could enjoy the night view. Before checking out the next day, because everyone was very tired the day before, we took a rest for a while and checked out later! There is no urging, it is really intimate and friendly! The design and decoration of the entire hotel is very special, daily necessities are all available, even small enough to even have sewing kits. If you come to Yongchuan again in the future, you will continue to choose this hotel!

I booked this hotel for the lake view and it was a perfect place for Mom and I to relax. We stayed for 5 nights and really really enjoyed this hotel. The hospitality is just phenomenal. Everyone went above and beyond to make this stay special for my Mom and she really appreciated it. We really have to thank the manager 侨鑫. He is so friendly and helped us a lot. Whenever he sees us he will ask to see how our stay is and if there’s anything he can help us with. Even after we left, he would message me to make sure we got to our next place safely since he knows we’re not local. Thank you! We have been recommending this hotel to a lot of our friends and family.
