Hotels in Nanping, Chongqing

This time I had a great experience staying at the Manshe Hotel in Chongqing! The location is excellent, Jiefangbei/Hongyadong are within walking distance, the river view room has a wide view, and the night view is breathtaking. The room is clean and warm, the bedding is comfortable, and the sound insulation is good. The front desk service is enthusiastic, and they also recommended an authentic hot pot restaurant. The breakfast is rich and the noodles are super authentic! The price-performance ratio is super high, the boss is also very nice, and the details are thoughtful. Next time I come to Chongqing, I will choose here again. I strongly recommend it to friends who come to travel!

The hotel environment is clean and tidy, the rooms are comfortable and quiet, the parking spaces are sufficient, and the parking is very convenient. The front desk service is warm and courteous, the overall stay experience is very good, will come back next time 66

The location was in more Chinese district with nothing around for Westerners which makes it difficult to eat if you don’t like Chinese food. The outside of the hotel was noisy very late at night meaning people talking loud till late. Little amenities in the room like only black tea being very Chinese. The breakfast was very Chinese not really catering to Westerners at all. Affiliated with the Hilton group but not really at all like Hilton Hotel. The rooms were modern and towels etc all new in good condition. The tv again all Chinese not in English and despite hotel staff gave me assistance I couldn’t get on the hotel wifi being annoying. I wouldn’t stay here again. I’d look at the Radisson for not much more in cost and better location.

On February 8, I had the honor of staying at Wanda Meihua Villa in Nanping, Chongqing. The hotel was rebuilt from the century-old Yuanjue Temple. It retains the bluestone tiles and courtyard-style architectural style, and incorporates the theme of Zen culture. The guest rooms are decorated with classical solid wood furniture, Chinese calligraphy and paintings, and ethnic handicrafts, creating an oriental aesthetic atmosphere of ”quiet in the midst of noise”. The experience was simply amazing! It is full of ancient Chinese charm. The room is spacious and comfortable, and the King Koil mattress is so soft that it feels like you are in the clouds. Once you lie down, you don't want to get up. The house is fully equipped, the heating is easy to adjust and the temperature is suitable. The butler service was very thoughtful, the check-in was quick, and they also thoughtfully provided welcome fruits. The villa is in an excellent location, only a 10-minute walk to Nanping Pedestrian Street, and there are many delicious restaurants around. Here, you can feel the hustle and bustle of the mountain city while enjoying the unique tranquility in the courtyard, as if time has slowed down. Whether you are traveling with your family or on vacation as a couple, this is the best choice and is highly recommended to everyone! Next time I come to Chongqing, I will definitely stay here again.

Got stuck when check in, the staff had trouble finding our bookings. They don’t even check the passport before saying no bookings. At breakfast time, the guy said we only have 1 pax breakfast(our room has 4pax breakfast/day), when i asked him to check at reception his anger almost exploded and then he calls the staff at reception, the guy never apologize at all Should trained the hospitality better
