Stayed for two nights on a business trip. This hotel is good value for money. Environment: There is a primary school on the left side of the slope. You can hear the school bell occasionally, but it is acceptable. The corridor is not very soundproof, but the good thing is that there are no people making noise and it is relatively quiet. Smell: No peculiar smell, even when staying on a rainy day, there is no damp smell Facilities: A bit like All Seasons, especially the bathroom. Laundry detergent is provided. There is a washing machine and dryer on the first floor, which is quite convenient. If you need to use the charger, you will be charged, but most people will bring their own.

Facilities: The hotel is well-equipped, meeting Radisson Blu's star standards. Aside from the lack of a swimming pool and daytime buffet restaurant, the basic accommodations meet five-star standards. Some room layout issues, such as the direction the door opens, are somewhat illogical, but fortunately, the spacious rooms don't significantly impact the experience. The surrounding area is home to numerous small attractions, making it suitable for hiking. Cleanliness: The hotel was generally satisfactory, especially the bathroom, which appeared clean and tidy. However, there was a long hair on the bed upon arrival, which I hope will be improved. Service: The hotel service was excellent. Xiao Yang, the front desk manager who checked us in, was very welcoming and detailed, offering recommendations for dishes, nearby attractions, and activities. The afternoon tea and breakfast servers were also very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the hot spring water recently, making it unusable. I hadn't noticed this in advance, and Ctrip didn't clearly indicate it, so I just treated it like a hot bath.

Hygienic: Very poor, the toilet is very dirty, there are private dirty things left by the last customer in the toilet, curls, I brushed my teeth on the washstand, I saw a few on the face, and then there were a few outside the bathtub. I stayed for two nights and the room was poorly hygienic. I don't know how the hotel is trained! It is not easy to understand the large workload to disturb the health, but do a job as much as possible! Not perfunctory, is health not the most basic and most basic requirement of the hotel? Service: OK, there is a problem solved in time

Apart from the stay, David also helped me with providing valuable suggestions and support for the sightseeing activities in Chongqing.

The housing experience was very good. The room was clean and well-equipped with sanitary facilities. We arrived in the early morning on the first day of our stay. It was already past two o'clock. The lady at the front desk was still waiting for us. She quickly helped us with the process. We continued on the next day. After staying here, my aunt also went to clean and replenish things. It felt pretty good and the price here is very affordable.

The hotel rooms are spacious, parking is convenient, the front desk service is excellent, and the price is reasonable. There is a gym.

真的很喜歡這家電競酒店，本來定錯房了，前台小姐姐説可以補差價就可以入住了，進去房間真的很乾凈，不像有的電競酒店鍵盤沒打掃乾淨還得自己擦灰。這家電競酒店還配置了一次性耳罩和消毒濕巾。我們傍晚來的，房間也很敞亮，陽光照進來的時候好舒服，酒店前台的小姐姐也很漂亮，很熱情，辦理入住很快，價格也划算，浴巾都是用包裝袋包裝好的，樓下有很多好吃的飯館，下次還來這家電競酒店！
