This hotel was a delightful surprise! The complimentary shuttle service to/from Chongqing West Station was a huge relief and a thoughtful touch. Free luggage storage after check-in was incredibly convenient, allowing us to explore the sights unburdened. The room was clean and comfortable, with soft bedding ensuring a great night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The location is also excellent, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. It offers superb value for money, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Chongqing!

The front desk lady was very nice and upgraded my room for free. The view of the park outside the window was nice and the room had large floor-to-ceiling windows. The room was quiet at night. The hot water was large and the water temperature was suitable. The room was clean and tidy overall. It was close to the West Station and the room was very cost-effective. I will book this hotel again on my next business trip.

The hotel is on the upper floor of a business building and the facilities are very new. There is also a socket under the sofa, which is convenient for using a laptop or mobile phone. Charging is very user-friendly. The room is also very considerate. It is equipped with 4 bottles of water, which alleviates the high temperature in Chongqing. The tea bags seem to be co-branded with Chayan, but it is a pity that I don’t drink it. There is also a Tianjie shopping mall nearby, as well as a number of small shops, which is very convenient for eating.

After a long trip from Guangzhou 广州 to Chongqing 重庆, decided to stay at this hotel because it's near Chongqingxi Station. It's walkable distance, around 5-7 minutes from the station. Room is nice, pretty quiet. I got a direct view to the train tracks so I can see trains come and go, and the noise is not too disturbing! I can sleep pretty well. The hotel do, fortunately, provide ear plugs to help reduce the noise, but I did not use it. They have a laundry room at 2nd floor and restaurant at 1st floor. Breakfast buffet is really good! Plenty of variety from western to chinese.
