Pros: It's super convenient to stay here when attending a concert at the Olympic Sports Center. The Line 18 subway is right downstairs, and it's only two stops away. Getting around for sightseeing is also quite easy; Line 2 goes directly to the city center. The first time I walked here, I got lost because my navigation app led me astray, making me walk a long way around. Actually, you can exit from subway exit 2, take the escalator down to the first floor, and walk directly to the hotel entrance, or even cut through the JD.com mall, which is even more convenient. The view from the window is also lovely; you can even catch the sunrise. When I checked in, I arrived at noon. The front desk staff checked for available rooms and allowed me to check in early, which was great. However, there was no complimentary breakfast or similar service. They only asked if I wanted to add breakfast for three days at a package price. I was worried I wouldn't like it and that three days would be too much, so I declined. It would have been even better if they offered one complimentary day to try it out first. Cons: The elevators are terrible; it takes ages to wait. There are three elevators, but they're not synchronized. People tend to press all three buttons and then take the first one that arrives, leaving the other two to go all the way down or up empty. Then, those waiting afterward have to wait even longer. I had bad luck with the neighbors; a family with kids was staying next door. The children were still laughing and making noise past midnight, not going to sleep, and kept knocking on the door and slamming it shut. I could hear everything clearly from my room. And there were even mosquitoes on the 30th floor, which explains why they provided mosquito coils. On my last night, I killed four, and there were still three perched on the ceiling—it was utterly despairing. I also missed the complimentary afternoon tea; I was usually out exploring at that time of day.

The hotel's location is excellent, and check-in was very quick. They were able to accommodate pretty much any reasonable request. There's also a great food street right below the hotel where you can grab breakfast. We asked the front desk staff for recommendations, and the places they suggested were really good. Back to the room itself, it was quite spacious with a separate wet and dry area. I had some fruit with me, and it was great to have a mini-fridge available. The service was also good, and the room was clean. Very satisfied!

We came to Chongqing Zoo for Chongqing Zoo. The hotel is right next to the zoo and next to the subway station, which is a prime location. The overall environment is simple and hygienic. It looks very new. I like the room very much. It is smart and comfortable. I slept well. 👍Free drinks and foot soaking bags are provided around 9 pm, and a small gift is given after leaving. Full marks for service! I will stay here again next time I go to Chongqing~

When I stepped into the hotel, the ancient Roman style decoration inside was even more eye-catching, as if I had traveled to a distant ancient European city. The layout of the hotel is somewhat special. The front desk is located on the third floor, and the piano placed on the first floor has become the visual focus. Although there are some problems with the piano's mid-range do, it does not affect simple playing. It is a unique and elegant thing to improvise a song here in your spare time. The service of the hotel is a highlight. The staff can be seen everywhere in the lobby, and any needs can be responded to in a timely manner. The hotel also has an open-air movie on the rooftop, but the weather in Chongqing is hot during this period, so it is impossible to watch movies on the rooftop at ease. If it is changed to spring and autumn, it is still exciting. The overall performance of the restaurant is good, but the variety and quality of the breakfast are slightly ordinary. Many buns are cooked hard. If the full score is 10, it can only be given 6 points. The room experience is excellent. The silk satin bedding brings the ultimate comfort touch and is very quiet, which can make people sleep well all night. The hotel has complete living facilities downstairs, and dining is extremely convenient. The only drawback is that the surrounding traffic is quite congested, so you need to reserve more time when traveling. Overall, this is a good experience, and it is worth recommending!

Traveling with a baby, a large bed was my top priority, and then a spacious room. It's truly massive, with a whole wall of floor-to-ceiling windows, which was lovely. There's also a fridge. Honestly, I think the price is fair; for this price, this room is definitely a good deal. The only downside is that the shower light in the bathroom wasn't positioned correctly.

During the summer vacation, I brought my child to Chongqing Zoo to see the giant pandas. This hotel is the only star-rated hotel nearby, just a few hundred meters from the zoo entrance. The hardware facilities are quite a bit behind what you'd expect from a five-star hotel, feeling more like a three-star. However, at 455 yuan a night, it's a reasonable price, and definitely better than choosing a similarly priced chain budget hotel. Plus, the cleanliness was good, so overall it was acceptable. The only thing that was really disappointing was the breakfast. The variety was very limited, and the quality was poor. The only thing you could really fill up on was a bowl of noodles, and the fruit was so bad it was inedible. I'd suggest the hotel take a look at how much variety hotels like Hilton Garden Inn offer for a similar price point! Furthermore, throughout breakfast, there wasn't a single staff member to help clear plates. Instead, there was a man and a woman in black suits standing ramrod straight by the entrance, which was quite amusing. I have no idea what the owner expects these kinds of staff to do.

Every time I visit Chongqing and don't have a specific location in mind, I usually stay here. The location is excellent, with everything you need around Yangjiaping. The family room layout is great, and the room type is very comfortable, making it a fantastic choice for traveling with kids. This time, it was also very close to the Olympic Sports Center for the concert!
