設施：感覺有點不安全，昨天晚上回酒店的時候想開燈，就按了下床頭那，結果反彈回來才發現是SOS和請稍後，本來還想着到時候服務人員來問給他們説下不好意思沒看清楚按到了，結果並沒有人詢問，萬一我真出點啥事按這個豈不是沒人管嘛，感覺有點形同虛設（P1） 設施：床頭沒有兩孔的插座，我是用的蘋果，充電線不是USB接口的，在床上根本沒法邊充邊玩手機，只有鏡子面前有個插座可以放那充電（P2） 環境：很不隔音，隔音效果很差，我在房間不僅聽到了好幾次隔壁上衞生間的聲音，甚至還有今天早上422房在房間裏按鍵説話的聲音（因為422房的撥號説你好我是422房的……） 衞生：總體來説進房間的時候看着還是很乾凈很舒服的，就是有些小細節確實不太方便 服務：前台小姐姐還是很熱情的，就是辦入住的時候説按金500我還以為我要付了房費再給500，結果是房費包含在了按金裏，嚇我一跳

I came to travel during the May Day holiday, and heard the next door playing music very loudly at 2 a.m. The first night I complained to the front desk and they helped to solve it. The second night, after calling the front desk for a long time, the next door was still playing music, so I knocked on the door to solve it myself.
