We arrived at the hotel and received a wonderfully warm welcome from Mr. Allen Fung. He even added me on WeChat for easy communication, which was a thoughtful touch. Unfortunately, when I entered the room, the light tube flickered in an unsettling way. Mr. Fung immediately sought out a technician to resolve the issue, but unfortunately, they were unable to fix it. In a gesture of genuine concern, he upgraded our room, which we truly appreciated. What stood out to me even more was how Mr. Fung personally helped us move our luggage to the new room. He consistently checked in on us throughout our stay until we checked out, making sure we were comfortable. This level of attentiveness and care made our experience memorable, and I can honestly say it was one of the best hotel services I've encountered during my travels. Thank you, Mr. Fung, for your exceptional hospitality!

A cosy family-friendly enchanted hideaway in the mountains with the clouds. The whole place seems to have been a long-time passion in creating the most charming and comfortable inn from conception to realisation with both the exterior and interior decorated in either a rustic country cottage or a European apartment style from the last century. We were so happy here and my child especially appreciated the room and all of its surroundings. Every nook and cranny of the place is excellently utiilised. From the dining room as well as the main outside eatery balcony, one has a beautiful view of the mountainside in all its greenery with butterflies flitting amongst flowers. Don't forget to check out the third story balconies and the library. Screen projector fittings are in place for a medium-sized conference. The place even has a couple of majiang table nooks should you want to play with friends. The surrounding forest environment of the inn is all sorts of paths and green terraces going off in different directions. There is a playpark for children with its own pedal-powered mini-roller coaster and other items for children to climb on. There is an off-site pond and ancient stone bridge nearby. One can take a short hike up the driveway and explore the diverging walking track paths. There's also an ecological technology exhibition centre not far up the road from the inn. A large portion of the clientele when we were there were day trip visitors in family and friend groups. Big tables as well as KTV facilities could be booked for the day. The food quality is fantastic and the portions generous. There are no nearby shops so all meals are taken in-house; the staff will consult you about when and what is on offer from the extensive menu. You can specify whether you'd want your food spicy or not when possible depending on the dish. The genuinely friendly and accomodating staff take such good care of you and step in whenever they feel you may need some assistance. My child had a bad cough at the time, and they were so kind bringing her hot drinks with honey and offering medicine they happened to have there. My Chinese is not good, but with a standard translation app, you're able to communicate what you need and the staff are so obliging to help. They genuinely do seem to be happy to be working there, and cudos and credit it to the owner for taking such good care of the staff that they in turn carry it over to their care for their guests. It was a pleasure to meet them and the owner.

Great service and nice rooms. However the food options are slightly limited especially the western menu but other than that everything was amazing. Just slightly overpriced in my opinion

Treasure hotel not found in the West University for four years!!! This time I stayed at the Wuxu Hotel with my friends. My friend received by Sister Chaichai at the front desk was another handsome guy at night. The stay experience was very good. It was the first choice for vacation and business trips near Xida. Room environment: Most of the hotels are vertical room types, which don't look very wide, but the front desk sister helped us upgrade the room type, and the location of the room was great. The hardware facilities in the room are also very good, the minibar has two or three drinks, the sofa is particularly comfortable, and the decoration is also very style. The toiletries are also of high quality and the room is clean and odorless. Hotel breakfast: There is a warm rice noodles and noodles, strong red oil rice noodles, very delicious! Others have Sam's orange juice and freshly squeezed soy milk, roast wheat, buns and porridge, which are much more careful than all seasons and oranges. Hotel service: When I arrived at night, the front desk brother told me the location of the hotel parking lot, and helped me get two more pairs of slippers. When I left the store the next day, Sister Chaichai helped us with our luggage. It was really warm. Although we stayed in a hurry for one night, all the staff, including the cleaning aunt, gave us a feeling of being at home. All students near Xida should experience the environment and service of this hotel!

The soundproofing is very rubbish and I don’t know why I use the refrigerator and computer to block the windows. When I want to sleep, I can’t close it at all. We play until three o’clock but we can’t resist the all-night buddies. 😆 The computers and supporting facilities are better in e-sports hotels. But friends who are not ready to sleep all night choose carefully

The room is clean and hygienic. The location is convenient for transportation. Service: Good attitude I can't help but share this unforgettable experience immediately! From booking to check-out, every detail makes me feel the hotel's care. **📍Excellent location** The hotel is located near the scenic spot, and it is a 5-minute walk to [subway station/famous attractions/commercial district]. There are all kinds of restaurants and shopping around, but it is not noisy at all and very quiet at night.

The room is large, the layout is reasonable, clean and tidy, and well-equipped. The orange candies given are quite delicious. Special thanks to Xiao Ren. I accidentally left my ID card in the parking lot when I left (I probably accidentally took it out and dropped it on the ground when I was getting the car keys). I thought I left it in the room, so I called the front desk and asked the front desk to search the room for a long time. They were also very patient and had a good attitude. Fortunately, I found it in the parking lot. Highly recommended

The booked Yiju is fortunate to upgrade to the Youyun bed room for free. The room is as comfortable as ever, the lighting is very good, the area is large and the facilities are complete, the shower room is very comfortable, the health service is good, the key travel is particularly convenient, the door is the light rail station, bus station and long-distance bus station. I believe it is worth recommending!

The room is very large and comfortable. The front desk Yangyang is professional and serious. I highly recommend it. I will like it next time.
