首先是臨時被換房，這也將就吧，房間裏沒有桌子凳子，沒有衣架子，沒有吹風機，沒有垃圾桶（廁所有一個），沒有驅蚊液，孩子被蚊子咬了幾個包，還有壁虎出沒，一言難盡。希望可以改進

位置在江邊，離城有點遠，開車完全能接受這距離，車停在馬路邊，有監控，小姐姐們服務態度很好，基礎設施還沒有完善

可能是新酒店民宿，衞生沒打掃，沒有電視，沒有礦泉水，沒有一次性拖鞋，沒有垃圾桶，沒有氛圍燈，服務員也不到位……反正沒有的多了，不愉快的一次旅行。

風景挺不錯的，就是房間味道太大了，應該是密封久了，自來水有點臭，交通不方便，衹有自己開車方便點，住的地方是座山邊，如果拿行李箱或者東西多了會很累，因為要爬坡上坎，周邊沒有超市之類的，所以很多東西需要自己提前備齊，如果臨時買東西是買不到的

溶洞酒店，位置好，停車方便，入户花園好大，房間設施完善，乾淨整潔，一次非常好的體驗，兒子很喜歡，晚上懸崖餐廳用完餐就可以在江邊欣賞美景，有許多拍照打卡的地方，值得五星。。

環境 在一個打卡景區裏面 很好 沒的説
屋內設備 也算過得去 沒什麼可以挑剔的
服務 真的是沒話説了
首先 入住不需要身份證實名驗證登記 看下服務員手機上的訂單説哪個是自己就好了
其次 住的房間是哪個不告知客人 有問題也沒辦法有效溝通
最可氣的 是要走的最後一天 我們在換衣服準備退房 服務員就這麼直接開門進來了 我們是光着上身的 小花園的門關着 房間的門也關着 一點都不敲門就這麼直接進來了 得到的回覆是隔壁客人退房説錯房號了 哪個客人住哪個房間服務員不知道的麼？而且最基本的進門敲門沒有的麼？真的太無語了！前面的好心情全毀了！以後再也不會去了

入住這裡是國慶假期的意外驚喜，本來是打算定南山別的地方但都滿了，看照片衹好勉強定這裏想着肯定很一般，沒想到酒店房間居然還挺好的，房間大而且陽台院落也大，整個花谷的環境也很好依江傍山，餐廳裏的菜品味道不錯，是我喜歡的度假感覺。這裏房間不多，所以下手要趁早。
