Potato M Homestay

Traveling with my partner, we chose this hotel and were incredibly happy throughout our stay, so I have to leave a thorough good review. The twin room was spacious and spotlessly clean from top to bottom. The ambient lighting design was just right, and the huge bathtub paired with river views made for a romantic and relaxing soak in the evening. During downtime, we enjoyed watching movies on the projector, which was wonderfully lazy and comfortable. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered direct views of the Jialing River, with charming scenery both day and night. The hotel staff were gentle and polite, efficient and thoughtful in their service. The overall atmosphere was quiet and healing, making all our travel fatigue disappear. It was a very satisfying stay~

Facilities: The room had a nice night view and seemed clean, though it was a bit smaller than pictured. The entire building, 25 stories high, seems to be dedicated to various guesthouses and B&Bs. Waiting for the elevator was indeed frustrating; the taxi driver arrived in 5 minutes, but then had to wait and call me because I was still stuck in the elevator – that was really hard to rate! The guesthouse room itself was nice; if it weren't in that building, everything else would have been great. Hygiene: The hygiene in the building as a whole was mediocre. Environment: The environment on the floor was worrying. Service: Very good.

Facilities: Perfect! I've stayed in a few B&Bs in Chongqing, but this one has a fridge and a washing machine. I booked it specifically for the bathtub, and the projector is also very clear. Service: Excellent! They were very responsive to any issues, and customer service replied quickly. They even provided convenient routes for getting around! Thanks to their route, we walked back from Jiefangbei ten minutes faster than Google Maps. Environment: Very close to Jiefangbei, and you can see Baixiangju from the hotel. Hygiene: Very clean, no issues.
