本身晚上辦理入住前台妹妹很熱情，體驗還可以，但是早上前台哪個妹妹確實讓人生氣，早上用完早餐7.15分我來到前台，由於你們吧枱電腦高我沒有看見人，我還在説沒有人嗎，然後走到吧枱邊上還是沒有人，我就問有人嗎，結果前台哪個妹妹爬在哪裡睡了（其實這我也能理解），我就説退房，結果那個妹妹用朦朧的眼神看了我一下，就説可以了，我又説幫我登下車牌，這個時候妹妹慢悠悠的拿個手機説掃這裏，我用手機掃了後，沒有給我一句提示或許説可以了，我自己默默輸完車牌，發展沒有反應，我又回頭問她可以了嗎，她問我有沒有倒計時，我説沒有，然後我又從新輸入了一下，倒計時就有了，這個時候我已經完全不能忍了，我就説了前台哪個妹妹一句什麼話，我記不清楚了，然後就走了（首先可能貴酒店是坐試服務，但是有客人在前台不應該站起來嗎？説話語氣態度讓人很不舒服，再怎麼前台是酒店的門面，微笑服務這四個字一點邊都沒有）。在提個建議，今年酒店行業很倦大家都知道，節能降耗是那家酒店都在抓，但是客人用的東西還是要注意點，客房哪個牙刷太硬了，牙齦都刷出血了，酒店領導可以自己用一下，其實牙具成本用不了多少費用

這次房間入住很愉快，在辦理入住時，酒店準備了綠豆湯，前台妹妹還會貼心的問需要冰的還是常温。早餐也很不錯，種類很多，味道也很好。我們的飛機時間比較晚，前台還幫忙延遲了退房時間。很滿意。。。。

酒店房間比較安靜，床墊睡着也很舒服。前台妹妹也根據我的要求和喜好安排的房間，酒店出行也很方便，在退房的時候可以免費叫車送到西站，真的很驚喜了。很滿意nice！

酒店位置很好找，導航直接到酒店門口。辦理入住的前台小姐姐服務也感到很貼心，半夜我叫了客房幫忙送冰，送冰的工作人員很快，並且很貼心的問了我們是否足夠要不要再加，我感到很舒適又被關心到；前台小伍小楊服務態度熱情，詢問都耐心解答。房間衞生做都很乾凈，洗手盆和馬桶擦洗乾淨，入住放心。最重要的是價格非常實惠，性價比超高，非常值得推薦。
