Stayed at a hotel in Chongqing and overall had a nice experience. The room was comfortable, the location was convenient, and the staff were friendly. The only downside, and honestly quite annoying, was the elevator. It took a really long time to arrive every time, which made going in and out a bit frustrating.
Other than that, everything was good, but I really hope they improve the lift system.

I spent two days traveling in Chongqing with my girlfriend. We were in a hurry to catch the bus, so we didn’t check our personal belongings carefully. It wasn’t until we got off the plane that I saw many messages from the front desk lady, reminding us that we had left some items behind. I’m really grateful! They even offered to mail the items back to us—such a thoughtful service!

Was really shocked at the cleanliness and how big it is for the value. My family love it. The receptionist were really helpful too with tours, recommendation and all. Location is very convenient too.
