前台回訪詢問意見，今天正好有空，我來説説個人感受吧。
設施：設施不錯，第二次來鉑馳酒店了！房間採光和格局都算得上優，第一次安排的東邊的房間，不想要被西曬。這一次讓酒店安排了西邊的房間，因為冬天比較冷，不需要考慮西曬的問題。房間東邊和西邊的，體驗感都是不錯的，大家可以根據實際情況選擇。
環境：整體環境可以，總體來説，雖然不算豪華高配，至少算得是端莊大氣，舒適温馨。酒店有健身設備，有游泳池，雖然不算特別大，但如果是喜歡運動的朋友，這個價位和地段，這個酒店還是個不錯的選擇！
衞生：房間衞生總體滿意，大堂也可以。建議細節上可以加強些，比如酒店大門口經常會看到垃圾（可能是路過的人較多），建議及時清潔，給人感覺會更好，衹是個人建議。
服務：服務上來説，沒什麼毛病。兩次在前台辦理入住，服務員都還是很熱情、親和力也不錯！因為我是個非常厭惡煙味的人，所以接受不了煙味兒的存在。當時辦入住的時候，旁邊有客人準備點煙，前台接待員，名字好像是雷歡（如果沒記錯的話），及時勸阻了那兩位男士點煙，這個非常點贊！因為服務員可能是聽到了打火機的聲音，於是快速做出了反應！另外，前台小妹推薦的火鍋（辣歡喜），非常不錯，味道正宗、也很熱鬧，有人氣！吃得很開心！

第三次入住了，這次給我的不爽感比較明顯，在攜程上是定位五星的，這個定位水分極大:
1 硬件 設施選項是有室內泳池的，但僅僅是有而已（跟健身房合作，非自營），小到出奇，水温多變，水質很差，我遊了20分鐘，嘴裏吃到三次異物
淋浴水温忽冷忽熱，很難控制到恆温，浴缸我也試了一下 滑膩膩的。這是浴缸本身材質問題 那你們準備的防滑墊呢，如果不是材質問題 那就太可怕了。
2配套 淋浴間護髮素沒有 潤膚露沒有，成本控制的點令人髮指。早餐也是令人失望，我建議買不要帶早餐的房間，樓下吃的也不少 還便宜。
3服務 前台登記的 總愛跟別人強調房卡給了幾張，這種價位的酒店默認房卡就應該給兩張，因為你取電是要用房卡的。一個令人特別失望的細節，打掃後，把我插着取電的房卡拔了，我不知是出於成本控制的規定，還是方便清潔什麼的，但此舉導致了我留在房間充電的電腦沒電關機了，本來想充完電帶出去辦公的。令人費解的行為，商務客人住的少？
4價位 平時400起，高峯600也有。西南第一直轄市的新城核心地帶，這個價格可以理解，但這個價格基礎上有以上拉胯的軟硬件配套，你們愧對這個城市的定位！

給領導訂的房間，領導回來説這次出差住的酒店挺不錯的，性價很高！
首先，房間很大、窗户採光很好，是落地窗，房間也很乾凈，空調也很給好，暖和！
酒店位置優越，到高鐵站非常近！
服務好！酒店服務品質高、專業、高效，酒店工作前台人員雷歡能夠為客户着想，因為高鐵時間下午五點多，酒店安排了三點半的免費延遲退房服務，非常滿意！另外，大堂經理非常熱情，彬彬有禮！下次還會入住鉑馳酒店！
