We realized we left our medical bag with all medications behind in their hotel the next day after we left the city. We tried to call them several times and only get them the next day. The same new rude receptionist told us they've cleaned the room & thrown everything away!!! I asked her to check with the aunties who clean up the room but she said they've knock off!!! How can anyone throw away a big black medical bag full of medications? Thats really terrible. I called them the next day hoping to get a different receptionist. Shes nicer but she say it wasnt there. Goodness! I'll never ever recommend this place to any of my friends! Stay at your own risk!!! 😡😡😡😡😡

This is the worst place I've been to in Chongqing.
People don't be fooled by the price like I was, it's a scam, it's better to stay in a hostel with 8 Chinese than here, or add $5 and rent a normal hotel, fortunately there are a lot of them here
