The location of the hotel is fantastic, the scenery outside is beyond beautiful, the facilities and equipment are very complete, the xiami service is enthusiastic, overall a very great experience!

The service was really good, my personal assistant Coco was really helpful. She helped me receive and find all my packages and luggage, responsive to all my requests like cleaning laundry or help calling delivery / pickup or dry cleaning asks. The room has really good views and the bathtub was so nice to come home to after a long day of sight seeing. The night view of the city in the lights and the river is awesome while bathing! I also got some lovely departure gift. Highly recommend!

The layout felt modern and comfortable, with a cozy bedroom upstairs and a spacious living area below. Every detail was thoughtful, from the lighting to the finishes, and it had a calm, luxurious atmosphere that made it hard to leave. Service What truly set our stay apart was the service. Our butler, Xiami, was outstanding. She was warm, genuine, and attentive, always checking in and remembering the small details that made a big difference. Her professionalism, kindness, and ability to anticipate what we needed made the experience feel completely personalised. Hotel and Amenities The hotel itself is elegant and peaceful, with a modern design that feels both welcoming and refined. Breakfast offered a great mix of Western and Asian options, and every interaction with the staff was pleasant and polished. Everything worked seamlessly from check-in to departure. Overall The Loft Suite at Iseya Panoramic Hotel Raffles offers more than just accommodation. It is an experience defined by incredible views, refined comfort, and exceptional service. I recently stayed at the ISEYA Panoramic Hotel and honestly, it was such a pleasant surprise. The place is beautiful — modern, stylish, and super comfortable. The service was amazing from start to finish; everyone was so polite and helpful, always ready with a smile. My room was spotless, spacious, and had this incredible vibe with a huge tub right in the bedroom — almost like a mini pool! It made the whole stay feel extra special. And we loved out personal Butler service via the WeChat app, whatever we requested was delivered to the room, including an in-room breakfast , Amazing Definitely one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in a long time.

This hotel was one of the best hotels we have stayed in, the service was amazing as well as the location and the view. The room was spacious and full of little amenities like a data cable to charge all your electronics. The hotel even had a robot that would bring us water and anything we needed! Mingming from housekeeping was amazing and made our stay even better! Special thanks to Duo duo, Yunshu and Kuzan :) will definitely stay here again in our next trip to Chongqing!
