用了攜程快10年了，第一次給人家差評！第一：預訂的時候特地定了有沙發的房間，到了以後説沒有這種房間了，已經定出去了，讓我要麼接受沒有沙發的房間，要麼自己退款！態度很差，但是預訂時，是馬上扣款的，這不是沒有房間的理由！第二：因為我預訂得早，然後價格低，給我安排的房間，沒有網，也看不了電視！反正一問，就是沒房了！
