店長處理事件的態度急轉直下。
這才幾天，就把店名改了，okok
1.酒店原名美豪麗致重慶茶園高鐵東站店，整體設備略微舊了，第一個不好的體驗是屋內沒網電視沒信號，不過影響不大。
2.最不好的印象就是服務了，客房保潔拿走顧客門口剛送到的外賣餐品！調出來監控真是讓我大開眼界！前台經理先是通知保潔以送錯了為由給我送回來，結果我發現外賣被開包，拒絕接收。隨後前台經理帶保潔過來致歉，承認管理上有問題，提出免房費贈午餐，包括後來店長給出的方案，都是以平台退款避免差評為目的。作為外地遊客，來渝第一晚體驗竟然如此差勁。差評不是惡意抹黑，是基於我信任美豪麗致整體品牌的基礎上對該店的整體印象。店長在電話裏也説了酒店"非標"二字，什麼意思不言而喻。這事還沒解決呢，攜程上店名就改了。從剛開始誠心解決的態度，到現在無聲無息冷處理。12315見

The location is convenient, very close to East Station, about a 15-minute drive away. The breakfast was also quite good, exceeding my expectations. The room was also very clean, with clean bedding and even disposable face towels provided. Overall, this hotel is well worth staying in and offers excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again.

這次入住體驗真的超出預期！酒店位置很贊，離我要去的地方步行就能到。房間乾淨整潔，採光也好，睡得特別踏實，完全沒有之前住酒店那種輾轉反側的感覺。衞生間沒有異味，熱水來得快，洗漱用品用着也順手。工作人員態度都特別好，從前台辦理入住到客房服務，都很熱情周到，有問必答，還主動幫忙提行李，讓人心裏暖暖的。
性價比很高，這個價格能有這樣的服務和環境，太值了！下次來這邊肯定還選這家～
