帶小朋友去玩，性價比高，酒店環境也很不錯，理融創距離不遠不近，幾分鐘車程，但酒店很安靜。早餐品種也挺豐富，餐廳旁邊就是小童室內樂園，還有恆温游泳池和泡池，很適合親子出行。酒店管家Steven很不錯，響應迅速，服務到位，入住中遇到的小問題都能很快高質量處理，點贊！

節假日帶小朋友來玩，酒店環境非常不錯，管家小楊服務也非常好，還提前給我們準備了小朋友的圍欄。有需要也能及時跟進，體驗感非常好

放假帶孩子出來玩，管家小楊的服務非常到位，提前安排好了房間，房間性價比很高，房間裏麪包含了樂園的門票。很適合帶小朋友過來這邊玩，工作人員整體的服務態度都挺好，以後有時間會再來

差評差評！！！！！洗衣機太差了太差了太差了，在小旅館回收的二手的吧，第一台門都關不上，其他的門雖然沒有問題，但是根本洗不乾淨！！！！！！！褲子上的污漬洗不掉！！！！！！而且還能給我褲子上洗上一堆飛飛揚揚的黑毛毛，一整條褲子全都是！！！！！！根本用粘毛器粘不掉，而且能給我褲子都洗起球了！！！！！！不僅僅是表面有毛毛，裏面的褲縫上掛的一大坨一大坨的！！！！！！非常差勁！！！！！！褲子直接報廢！！！！！什麼鬼東西啊，這破洗衣機，差評！！！！！而且烘乾也根本不好用，誰家烘乾兩個半小時拿出來是濕的？報廢吧好嘛趕緊報廢吧，換換洗衣機吧，太差勁了，買幾個新的洗衣機不至於酒店倒閉吧，別在二手市場淘

房間很大，很安靜，環境也非常好，特別是服務！我和老公回家了都還在感歎現在服務業太捲了，這麼便宜的房費，包含門票不説，服務真的是貼心禮貌又周到！入住前小婷就給我來電加我微信，告訴我有任何需求都可以提前告訴她，並提醒我酒店和熱雪奇蹟有合作，可以免費送滑雪票！我之前去過熱雪奇蹟，光是雪票都是一百多一張哦，我們的房費還沒有一家三口的雪票貴！！入住當天我們九點過就到了，酒店也給我們安排了房間讓我們提前入住，送了我們海世界門票，小婷還幫我們預約了端午節當天的自助餐位置，提醒我們當天用餐人數多，要早點去。等我們回房間後，發現小婷幫我們在房間放好了小朋友的拖鞋和洗漱用品，還告訴我們，如果第二天行程不多，就在酒店多休息，幫我們延遲退房！第二天一醒來，又收到小婷的問候，問我們休息的好不好，還提醒我如果要點外賣可以備註房號，讓機器人送上來！真的太太太貼心了 這些所有的服務都不是我主動提出來的，但是小婷都想到了，讓我們在半山酒店陪孩子度過了一個快樂又難忘的端午和小童節！另外酒店地理位置也很好，離渝樂小鎮步行五分鐘，到融創茂海世界打車起步價！
重點是，在這麼好的服務下，小婷從頭到尾沒提過要我給她好評，都是默默付出，媽呀，這酒店怎麼會有這麼好的員工！！連小朋友都説，明年還來！其實這已經是我們在半山酒店過的第二個小童節了，但是明顯感受到服務越來越好，設施設備也維護得很好，唯一一點建議就是，以後小童節可以在酒店內安排一些節日活動，製造一點節日氛圍～

這次出行太滿意了，以為小童節酒店的服務會因為忙不過來而下降，結果一點不受影響。管家小婷從我訂酒店開始就開始體貼地安排入住和遊玩事宜，真的很貼心，幫忙升級了房間，還貼心的照顧到小孩。 給小婷大大點個贊👍。 酒店環境很好，空氣清新，離遊樂場有專屬通道，很方便。 下次度假一定還來。
