Lo mejor del hotel es la ubicacion. Pero para encontrarlo es muy complicado. No esta bien explicado. El nombre es otro. Rezen kingtown. Ademas esta en una 4 planta. De un edificio residencial de 23 plantas. El edificio estaba lleno. Coger el ascensor imposible. Y ya lo del desayuno es para reirse. Muchos comensales asiaticos y solo comida para ellos. Para los europeos/españoles no habia nada. Y casi nunca nos llegaba. Limpieza muy regular tambien. En definitiva, si busca ubicacion esta perfecta pero no cuentes con un servicio correcto.

The front desk service was excellent, and any requests were met proactively. There's also a smart robot in the lobby that can deliver items to the hotel. There's a subway downstairs, and I was very satisfied with my stay.
