很滿意，很愉快的一次民宿體驗，挑剔的我住了很多高端民宿，既白我打95分。首先是整個團隊服務意識都很贊，預訂後就拉了管家服務羣，基本都是有求必應。既白的裝修風格是我非常喜歡的款，很多細節都能看出是用了心的。之前訂的房間空調不製冷，提出後就給我們換了房間。晚上吃的柴火雞，味道很不錯，分量足兩大一小（孩子12歲）沒吃完；第二天中午吃的簡餐100元一位，味道就一般了；早餐還是豐富的，端來後沒吃前還讓管家退了一些；看到其他客人訂的烤肉，賣相非常不錯。咖啡廳環境也很美，跟客房一個風格的，咖啡很好喝，98元的下午茶賣相也非常好。每天都有各種手工活動，19.8就可以團券參加，手把手教孩子，很贊！走的時候發現羽毛球拍落下了，工作人員主動提出送到三溪口單位門衞那裡，非常感謝。走的時候送了自家種的李子醬和有機蔬菜。還有一衹叫糯米的狗狗和湯圓的貓貓，都非常可愛，讓大家隨便擼，孩子非常喜歡。除了三樓的空調不給力，其他都很不錯，推薦給大家，應該還會去的。

服務差，體驗糟糕，硬件還能過得去，軟件太差勁，具體表現:1.服務人員意識淺薄，給人一種尷尬不真誠的感覺，情商極低。例:昨天下雨借傘很不情願的樣子，兩個大人一個小孩給一把破小傘；早餐説麪條有點甜，假吧意思説換一碗，過了很久最後走過來虛偽的問還換不換你説有點甜嘛，根本沒有想換的意思。2.響應太差勁:半夜有人大聲唱歌直接把人吵醒，還是主動給叫什麼毛毛的管家打電話他才招呼，而且很久還沒消停。3.既然是比五星級價格還貴的房間，那麼你的服務跟配套就應該跟上，也不是要求你有五星級的表現，但是目前這個造型你們口碑衹會越來越差。
