前台小哥很熱情很勤快，大半夜還過來送投影儀。房間也挺乾淨床墊不錯。最後提點小建議，應該還是有些年了，外牆這些還是可以適當粉刷下，早上房間有點透光，窗簾有點點短。

接待我們的是一個戴眼鏡的男生，態度特別好，説話也很温柔。他給我們發了附近的景點，晚上幫我們把外賣送了上來，早上給我們準備了早餐。我們走的時侯有點匆忙，東西忘帶了，他給我們打電話，幫我們寄回來。酒店環境很好，設施也很齊全，風景宜人。很棒的居住體驗，下次有機會還要來光顧！

衞生：衞生狀況很好，住起來比較安心
環境：環境太棒啦，在房間裏就可以看見綠水青山，整個人心情都好了

設施:硬件設施有點舊，不過過不影響。秒出熱水非常方便！！！！！
環境:環境非常好，每個角度對眼睛都很友好，山水之間，清新自然，很放鬆。
服務:小哥很熱情，服務周到，有問必答， 迴應也很及時，態度很好。
環境和服務的優點完全可以掩蓋設施的稍顯陳舊。很多痕跡能看得出這個民宿之前的風光，晚上睡覺非常安靜都能聽到蟲鳴聲，第二天醒來很舒服，下次會選擇你們其他分店體驗。

房間很大，並且透過玻璃牆可以看到很遠，外面風景也很好！當時忘記拍照了友友們見諒。非常不錯的體驗，就是設施稍顯陳舊，有年代感😃風景特別好在外面走走很不錯，最最驚喜的是老闆的服務非常好，享受了無微不至的關懷！也體驗到了賓至如歸的感覺！南山上值得推薦的一處地方。距離各個景區也很近哦，也算是不錯的福利！最後建議老闆能把環境設施再優化一下。
