這次入住體驗可以説非常完美！抵達酒店時，前台已提前為我們安排好了房間，辦理入住全程不過五分鐘，高效又貼心，還主動把我們送進房間，為我們介紹房間裏面的設施和用品擺放位置。推開客房門，淡雅的薰衣草氣息撲面而來，房間細節滿滿，智能窗簾，藍牙音樂，基礎設施齊全。衞浴間乾濕分離，還配備了小香皂，洗護用品都是麗楓酒店標準配套。酒店的服務更是無可挑剔。深夜致電客房服務要礦泉水，很快就有工作人員送來；第二天外出遊玩時，前台服務員幫忙寄存行李並建議了遊玩路線。13樓的自助早餐廳不僅菜品豐富，還提供現煮的本地特色小麪。下次來這座城市，這家酒店必定是我的不二之選！

這次重慶入住這家酒店，狠狠驚艷到了，這家服務，設施，環境，衞生都是滿分，客房內的設施堪稱“細節控福音”：智能客控系統一鍵調節燈光、空調，躺在床上就能掌控全屋；43寸高清電視，追劇超暢快；USB充電插座、無線充電板隨處可見，再也不用擔心設備沒電。衞浴間配備恆温花灑、智能馬桶，搭配薰衣草味洗護套裝，洗漱也成了一種享受。柔軟親膚的零壓床墊，配上羽絨被與記憶棉枕頭，每晚都能享受深度睡眠。
前台工作人員服務更是一絕，不僅辦理入住高效迅速，還特別準備了手繪版美食地圖，標註着本地人私藏的火鍋、小麪老店，跟着推薦打卡，頓頓不踩雷！客房服務同樣貼心，每天除了細緻打掃，還免費贈送礦泉水，花茶，房間乾淨整潔，酒店坐擁解放碑步行街黃金地段，下樓即達繁華商圈，步行就能打卡洪崖洞夜景。鬧中取靜的環境，完全不用擔心喧囂干擾。這樣既有特色服務又配備高端設施的寶藏酒店，不管是旅遊還是過來玩，我都會選擇在家酒店喔！
