不滿意很不滿意，衞生間的門簡直不能開！酒店出現問題，負責人一直沒有出現讓一個做不了決定的人和我們溝通！剛入住幾天就遇到酒店裝修，還是週末裝修，可能每個地方規定不一樣重慶允許週末進行室內裝修吧。為什麼入住期間裝修不提前告知客人，當客人提出問題的時候不及時給予解決方案，詢問客人想要怎麼解決，這就是酒店處理問題的方案嗎？前台口口聲聲説自己不能決定是打工的，那我讓你把能做決定的人喊出來的時候你告訴我聯繫不上，不能打擾人家休息，那我請問你在我入住的房間旁邊裝修難道沒有影響我休息嗎。經過和前台溝通後，沒法解決，酒店選擇拉黑我的所有聯繫方式。我向攜程平台反饋，從頭至尾衹想要一個道歉，平台告訴我負責人不方便出面，怎麼不能出面呢，所以客人遇到不合理事件你就要啞巴吃黃蓮把牙打碎了往自己肚子裏咽嗎，還有這個酒店的好評真實性，我辦理入住的時候前台説讓我幫她刷個好評她可以早一點下班，這以後誰還敢相信酒店的好壞呢！家人們一定要避雷這家酒店，重慶的負面新聞都是被這種商家搞出來的真的很無語！！！如果覺得我説的是不真是的，商家可以和我對峙，我有所有的通話錄音哦

差的不得了，感覺就是那種五六十塊錢都能住的小旅館一樣，到處都是爛xiuxiu的，一言難盡，隔音很差，兩三點過道有人説話都會被吵醒
