我是持加拿大護照入住。麗晶酒店辦理很快。不像在北京的酒店。折騰了半天。
重慶的麗晶酒店超出了我的預期。價格雖然貴一些。但是還可以接受。建議購買早餐。很不錯
I had good time at this hotel. I suggest the breakfast. Worth it.
And i definitely will consider stay when i come to Chongqing again.

酒店位置好，離景點，離機場，離商圈都不遠。老牌五星，員工專業，有禮貌，很細心。入住時間有點晚了，登記完了前台小姐姐主動升級了房型並送到電梯處。用完早餐正在尋找牙線，服務員會主動尋問並送上。離店時，前台小哥哥發現當日過生日，會主動送上小禮物，很貼心。

衞生：客房衞生打掃及時，並且每位入住客人可以免費清洗一件日常衣物！對於帶孩子出來玩的我們真的太需要了！
環境：酒店設計復古，對小朋友特別友好，免費的飲料卷，免費的mini吧，還有免費的棉花糖吃！孩子非常開心
服務：最讓人滿意的就是服務啦，Enya每天會告知當天的天氣，好吃的好玩的衹要一個微信就可以得到滿意的答覆！酒店早餐特別豐富！感覺是重慶的標桿了，晚上自助告知小孩子快過生日還給準備的一人份小蛋糕，非常貼心。非常滿意的一次住宿體驗

We must write about our stay at Regent Chongqing to show appreciation of our stay this round! We travel a lot and have stayed in different hotels, but Regent Chongqing must be the best hotel we have stayed in so far. Their attention to details on the design, all the services and sincerity from all the staffs (i mean ALL), and their sensitivity to all our needs (I once ordered 暖貼 from **, and when they brought my order to the room they also brought me 紅糖薑茶沖劑).
Honestly words can’t describe our happy we are at our stay here, we plan to come back end of year will for sure will not have any other choice than Regent.
