整體印象很好，感覺是洲際旗艦店的水平；服務很好，在空中大堂船型前台辦理入住時工作人員小周笑容很有感染力，讓人不知覺間心情很好，還主動給我升級了房間，賓至如歸如沐春風；住店期間賓客部小易工作認真負責，總是能及時電話跟進溝通處理相關事宜，聲音也很甜美，另外還給贈送了伴手禮，讓顧客感覺很愉悦；房間不錯，睡得也很舒服；早餐空間寬敞，品種味道都不錯，人也不少，説明入住率比較高。
這家洲際位置服務硬件各方面都很好，值得推薦，下次來重慶還是首選。

本來是不喜歡評論的，這次的出行讓我實在是想把這家酒店推薦和分享給各位朋友，首先酒店位於兩江交匯處，視野極佳，是來重慶的不二之選，其次服務相比於其他洲際酒店，更勝一籌，不愧是洲際旗艦店！入住期間遇到了一些問題，酒店管理層積極解決，並得到重視，讓我感覺到旅行中的家的温馨，下次來重慶依然會入住重慶來福士洲際酒店。
