Clean and tidy, with thoughtful service!

The hotel is located halfway up Fairy Mountain and has a quite distinctive exterior. It's a one-hour taxi ride from the train station. The walk from the hotel to town is a bit tiring, about two kilometers. Facilities: The entire hotel seems to have been built quite a while ago, and the facilities are quite old. The windows have screens, but they're leaking and broken, practically non-existent. Mountain areas are quite mosquito-infested. There were no laundry bags in the room, which was a first for me, considering it was a deluxe room costing nearly 1,000 yuan a night. The air conditioning was also quite useless, running for a while, then stopping, then restarting again. It wasn't a constant temperature control, so it blew until midnight, and since the outside temperature was cooler than inside, I woke up from the heat. When I asked for a crib, the staff said we didn't book a family room, which was also a first. High-end hotels usually have rollaway cribs, not just the room type you book. Service: I booked on Ctrip and was offered a free upgrade. The front desk said my room was already very good, but since I had a child with me, I suddenly wanted a larger room, which would have been better. The front desk said they didn't have permission. I called the hotel manager, but was denied. I've been traveling in Chongqing for over a week and stayed in three hotels, all priced around 1,000 yuan per night. The front desk always proactively upgraded me to a suite. This kind of personalized service is surprisingly lacking in hotels in this small town, but I didn't force it. It just didn't happen. Service: The breakfast had a dazzling array of options, and the taste was just average. It wasn't great, but before I'd finished eating, two waiters came with a cart and asked if they wanted to remove my plates. It felt like they were trying to rush me out, and I didn't bother eating before I finished, so I packed up and left. I called the front desk and asked if the earliest checkout time was 2:00 PM. I asked if I could extend it by an hour, but they said no, any more than half a day would be charged, and even a minute more wouldn't work, saying the system automatically did that. Never mind, I didn't force it. I had planned to finish my morning activities and return to the hotel for a nap at noon, but I ended up checking out in a hurry... Summary: Even for a small, rustic hotel, the service still lacks personal touch.

房間乾淨，安靜

暑假帶家人和朋友來重慶玩，不得不説這次旅行選這家酒店真的是選對了！大堂經理蔣衞提前聯繫，還沒有等我開口就為我們安排好一切，有可能我們需要的一些住房需求。酒店風景很好，給我們的房間很棒，全是景觀房。酒店人很熱情，早餐也不錯。由於我們有一個房間需要提前離店，大堂經理蔣衞再次熱心幫忙，很耐心指導我們修改訂單，總是害怕我們被收多餘款項。另外在辦理入住時還有伴手禮相送，特開心。
