Service: The front desk staff are very friendly.
The room is also very cozy, just like tonight.
This Somerset is the last building in a small road. You will know the way after coming here once. There is Wanda Mall nearby. You can call a taxi directly wherever you go.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I paid the room fee online and also had to pay a deposit. Breakfast was not included. When I went to use the room in the morning, it could not be charged to the room and I had to pay on the spot. So what is the purpose of the deposit?
I stayed for two nights, but the air conditioning in the room was not good. There was no heating after 12 o'clock at night. I wanted to change to a smaller room without a living room and a river view. The guy at the front desk had a cold attitude and said no. When I checked out, before I arrived at the airport, the front desk called and asked me where I put the red wine glass. Did I take the glass with me? Really speechless

Overall, it was flawless.
It's good for going with family.
The room we were assigned was a bit disappointing because the river view was ambiguous, but it wasn't bad because we could see both the city and the river to some extent.
