一次不愉快的旅行從前台辦理入住開始，2025，2，19準備辦理入住手續，剛好遇到阿姨們在忙洗乾淨送來的床上用品，無人理睬我們，過幾分鐘其中一位阿姨讓我們旁邊等一會，等貨收完阿姨問我們是團隊嗎？回答不是，我不知道她當時腦子在考慮什麼，也沒安排我們入住，過了幾分鐘我問怎麼還不辦理入住，阿姨回答不知道安排我們住哪間，她拿起手機感覺在聯繫人，好像沒聯繫上，阿姨出門又打電話聯繫，後來安排我們入住418房間，前台也不登記，就給了房卡完事。入住後開了暖空調不制熱，與前台溝通，前台一位貌似老闆的年青人回答開15分鐘後會制熱，開了150分鐘還是不熱，人在房間需穿羽絨服保暖，晚上睡覺開了電熱毯，蓋了被子與毯子還是冷，在櫃子裏找到毯子拿出來壓上面，總算不冷了，但壓重後睡覺沒了舒適度，影響到睡眠。我建議怕冷的住客這階段不要住這酒家，特冷。同時建議老闆在接待團隊同時，不要冷落散客，口碑是靠慢慢建立起來，做事不要武斷，多去房間檢查設備是否正常運作，不要一心衹想賺錢。
