唯一的優點就是看演唱會近，周邊吃的多。這個價格和房間設施不匹配，看圖片就知道了。其實就是個城市客棧。

唯一的優點看演唱會非常近，過街就是，但三百多的價格實在不值得，房間可以説毫無隔音效果，窗户打開可以看到對面的房間

地理位置不錯，比較方便好找，性價比也還可以，周圍的交通也比較方便，地鐵站，公交站，都很近，環境也還是可以，衞生還不錯，比較乾淨

酒店的衞生條件一般，房間內各種都比較老舊了，不要光看圖，都是有濾鏡的，對面是體育場和夜市，樓下就是車道，窗户竟然是很老款的鋁合金窗户，薄薄的單層一點也不隔音，你能想象嗎，一樓前台那裡應該翻修過還行，房間裏就一言難盡了。本來就100的房間靠着演唱會漲到快400，真是不咋樣
