環境不錯，處於解放碑步行街附近，離很多景點都比較近，服務也不錯，特別是前台玉玉，因為帶了小朋友，還貼心的問我需不需要小朋友的拖鞋和牙刷，退房還送了小禮品。

重慶的酒店真是挑花眼 選了很久糾結再三選擇了這個酒店 果然沒錯！房間、衞生、位置、服務都很不錯 工作人員訓練有素 包括清潔人員 都很主動熱情周到 明顯受過良好培訓 帶着長者孩子住了兩天小姐姐月月全程貼心服務 有求必應 根據情況不時發來温馨提醒 很用心 點贊！
説是沒早餐 但早上的粥和麪點零食其實也夠了 咖啡和豆漿不錯 清淡簡單的早餐剛好平衡了重慶飲食的重口味 地理位置很方便 窗户上就能看到解放碑 層高合適View也特別好 吃飯購物都能在門口解決 地鐵近在咫尺 樓下很容易打到黃色法拉利 去哪兒都方便 常住五星對酒店挑剔的我和老小都非常滿意 綜合分數很高 我不是託兒 真心推薦！

服务：月月前台服務很好，住的 Lofe 房型下樓受傷，馬上提供碘酒消毒和創口貼，謝謝
设施：晚上12點過後有異常的水流聲不斷，很難理解

房間很乾凈，俯瞰解放碑，樓下就是好吃街，用餐出行都非常方便，管家月月也很熱情，除了詳細的指引酒店位置及自駕如何停車外，還很仔細的給我們介紹包括如何點外賣送餐等小細節，一路送我們到房間，怕我們不會關那個窗户，特別提醒先向外推再往內拉即可，真的是很細緻，也十分感謝

Nice and clean hotel, comfortable beds. My room has great views and the hotel is very near to jiefangbei and other tourist attractions, walkable distance. The hotel staff is very helpful especially 月月 who served us.
