酒店環境和衞生都是ok的 就是前台的服務真的讓人很無語 就感覺跟我開鐘點是進來做賊的一樣 態度也不好 開房的時候沒有任何服務態度和指引 前台衹強調了一點：十點前要退出來 前台大姐 我定的6點半到10點半 我十點的動車 我就衹早了兩三分鐘到酒店 你着急喊我退出來是你本人着急要進去住嗎 建議你們培訓一下該店的員工吧 這個服務意識和服務水平真的很敗壞全季的口碑

位置優越，步行幾十米到最熱鬧的萬州金街，土洋結合各種小吃，人氣十足！河景房直接看到天生城、五橋。到江邊衹需幾分鐘。賓館衞生、服務態度很好，早餐豐盛服務熱情。要是多兩部電梯就十全十美了！

沒有想象那麼好，不值這個價，而且衞生打掃一般，連住三天，也不換床單，而且還有蟲，拖鞋也不換新的，衣服也不掛。就是很水的打掃
