Booked for my brother. He didn't arrive in Chongqing until after 9pm. When he arrived, he found that the road to Hongyadong was blocked and taxis couldn't get in. He had to walk. Because he had a lot of stuff and it was too heavy to walk, I called to discuss whether I could get a refund. The first lady who answered the phone was very nice and explained to me. Then someone else answered the phone and she was very impatient. Her tone made people feel very uncomfortable, as if I owed her money. Since I couldn't get a refund, I had to find a place with my bags and wait for the time to find out how long it would take to get there. As shown in the picture, the 660 room was like this. It's understandable that the price increased during the May Day holiday, but if the price has increased, shouldn't the service keep up? As soon as I opened the door, there was a damp and unpleasant smell from the toilet. After checking in, the front desk phone was also unreachable. I can only say that the experience was very bad. I will not choose this hotel next time.

The hotel is in a great location, with convenient transportation and many delicious foods nearby. The room is very clean, the bed is very comfortable, and I slept soundly. The staff is very nice and the service is very considerate. The price-performance ratio is very high, I will come again next time!
