在雅詩閣住了3晚。禮賓部李江先生非常友善會逗小朋友玩。我家小朋友也説很喜歡他。第一次來重慶我們對景點不熟，他提供了很多有用的訊息。這次住房體驗非常棒。樓下就是來福士商場。下次過來我們會繼續住雅詩閣。

Chose this hotel because it is a Singapore owned hotel, however was a little disappointed with our stay.
Booked a 2 bedroom suite for 4 nites to celebrate my hubby bday along with my sister n bro in law. We were presented with a small cake n deco and was happy for first 2 days.It is very conveniently located, clean room, restaurant staffs were polite. However there was aircon leaking on our 3rd day. Although it was serviced quickly with some cloth placed below the aircon to collect water till it got drained out however we were really quite upset with this incident. Counter team lead left us good impression by approaching us early next morning at the restaurant while we were hvg breakfast to apologize. We were given some fruits n souvenirs as compensation but it was still unpleasant for us. Never expect such thing will happen in such a reputable hotel. We hope the management can look into better maintenance of all the areas before letting any guests to stay. Counter staffs were polite n friendly if you can speak mandarin. Overall we enjoy our stay with a little hiccup
