掛着“勿打擾”依然還是不斷地給房間打電話，客人有事情自然會找賓客中心，勿打擾就是勿打電話。
早餐麪檔大姐服務很差，記不住客人要的澆頭，我怕拿錯問她，很不耐煩地説是我的，我問澆頭在哪裡，她才問要什麼需要她給澆。重慶整體服務都很差，酒店、餐飲、出租車、醫院，感覺好大火氣，都不會好好説話，不是一個很友好的城市

Absolutely beautiful property. We got upgraded to a 2 bedroom and the place was amazing. Beautiful views to 2 sides and the whole place was immaculate clean and very well decorated. Sober yet refined. A pity we only stayed one night, I could live there!

The hotel is in a good location, the rooms are spacious and bright, and the price/performance ratio is very high. The stay was very comfortable and the hotel was very considerate. Breakfast was served until 11 o'clock and supper was provided in the evening. We went to the music festival for a day and didn't come back until 22:30 in the evening. We had breakfast and left the hotel without eating a single bite. When we came back, we could have a bowl of porridge in the restaurant. It felt like home. I think Ascott's management is very good. The front desk staff are very pretty and kind. I especially like the front desk lady Decla who offered to solve the problem with less money. I give her a big thumbs up. In addition, Li Jiang, the concierge downstairs, will take the initiative to say hello every time he sees us, help call a taxi, and help carry our luggage when we leave. I want to praise these lovely people.
