12,395 元、 房間內提供的 LE LABO品牌洗護用品（型號： SANTAL 33, 規格： 100ml） 為酒店宣稱的"高端品牌備品"之一。爭議事實如下：
1. 離店時、 本人將 未使用完的LE LABO洗護用品 （剩餘約50ml） 帶離、 後與本人 在LELABO上海太古裏專櫃購買的同款正品對比、 發現顯著差異：
• 包裝差異： 瓶身印刷字體模糊 批次碼格
式與正品不符;
• 質地差異： 液體粘稱度明顯低於正品氣味刺鼻;
• 酒店裡提供的 Le Labo 產品瓶身明確標註了該品牌與柏聯酒店的聯名標識，但專櫃人員明確告知未與柏聯合作，且相關官方網站也未曾查實，故貴酒店官網及客房手冊均標註"客房配備LELABO高端洗護系列" , 產品涉嫌假冒、 已構成虛假宣傳與消費欺詐。
述求：
1、請酒店方出具 LE LABO洗護用品的：
• 品牌授權書 （含有效期） ;提供爭議批次
• 海關進口報關單及檢驗檢疫證明;
• 採購發票或付款憑證。

選址得天獨厚，風景超美，進入酒店就有放鬆的感覺。建築設計也非常好，且私密性強。早上拉開窗簾的一刻幸福感極強。
餐飲整體中規中矩，但是早餐的疙瘩湯非常驚喜。
但是就服務來説，還有差距。訂之前看過評價，心裏是有一些預期的，但是沒有享受到任何附加服務。當然這個不是問題，因為本來也不是必須。但是對於套餐中本來就包含的房型升級（視房態而定），瑜伽，旅拍，工作人員並沒有主動告知，而是要自己問了才知道，這點不應該，否則客人可能會因此錯過。房間本身很滿意，並不是抱怨，而是可以主動跟住客講一下因為客滿或者其他原因維持原房型之類的。瑜伽和旅拍應該主動詢問是否需要預約。
洗手間和淋浴間的熱水要放好幾分鐘才能熱，尤其淋浴間，要等幾分鐘是很不方便的，看前面也有住客提到過但是酒店並沒有改善。其實衹要在淋浴間加貼一個標識或者洗手枱多一張卡片提示需要多放幾分鐘，入住體驗就會很不一樣。
還有兩個bug：1. 標識的營業時間內健身房的門打不開。2. 室內有工作人員在交談時抽煙，這點很震驚，嚴重的員工管理不到位。
另外，入住期間是生日，沒有任何哪怕小卡片的表示，這一點常規的幾百間房的五星酒店都可以做到，而衹有31間房卻忽略是缺乏一些用心的。
酒店的願景是打造中國最具品質的民族品牌度假酒店。從硬件來説絕對達到了，但是軟件離品質還有差距，更不要説最具品質。對比酒店的定位，願景，價位來説服務是不達預期的。當然酒店的服務本身沒有問題，都是有求必應的，衹是，缺乏了一些用心，主動和一點點熱情。就像如果目標是清華北大，不應該衹以及格的標準來要求自己。當然也可能是我自身的預期有問題。
