入住後夜裡12：07分，燈帶上跑老鼠。由於孩子已經入睡，女孩又膽小。衡量半天，覺得叫服務員，換房，就得折騰半宿睡不了覺。衹能開燈盯着，也不敢太大動靜，怕掉下來。後來太困了，開着燈眯了一會。把行李都簡單封閉了。但是回來後仍舊基本都扔掉了。
轉天告知服務枱，竟然一直強調應該半夜去叫他們處理。怎麼處理完？驅趕到別的房間？給我們換房子？換完肯定就沒有了嗎？
這種衞生情況，真不能再選了。我已經攜程投訴。希望大家知曉。

房間乾淨舒適，電話客服迴應快。酒店就在洪崖洞景區，可坐電梯下江邊看夜景，這點很優越。送的下午茶挺豐盛，在6樓露台，景色宜人。
