這家酒店真的太懂旅客需求了！拖着疲憊的行李到店，前台遞來的温熱花茶瞬間治癒旅途勞累。房間佈置温馨雅緻，床品柔軟親膚，睡一晚徹底緩解疲勞。衞生細節滿分，杯具消毒封裝、角落無灰塵，讓人住得安心。員工素養很高，有求必應且不打擾，連忘記帶走的物品都及時聯繫寄回。地理位置優越，鬧中取靜，出行便利。這不僅是一間酒店，更像旅途中的臨時小家，體驗感絕佳，已經推薦給身邊朋友啦！

The hotel is unique boutique hotel on the 18th floor of a commercial bldg. The entrance and signage are obscure and not available in English is the only downside.
The uniqueness of the hotel is the receptionists, they are all very helpfully, polite, and impeccable customer services eventhough they don't speak good English. We used translation apps. They even go out of their way to help book a Didi car and go down to the street to show us the pick up point. This alone us enough for me to comeback not mentioning the room comfort and amenities. You can relax and have a quiet time.

第三次來重慶了，這次的酒店是最好的，房間超大，服務也很好，離地鐵站也挺近的，除了要過個地道，叫車也方便的，有浴缸小朋友很喜歡，唯一不足可能就是這個馬桶了，內圈比外圈小很多，對女士不是很友好，腿會碰到外圈，但整體還是很好的酒店，房間大是帶小朋友最需要得了

進房間之前需要走一個樓梯，這個房間是榻榻米的形式，床墊和枕頭都還挺舒服，還有個mini吧，窗户不是很大，打不開的那種，房間倒是可以，還有個客廳可以看電視，也不會影響家人休息

床很舒服，家裡的床都沒有睡得這麼好，天氣不熱，房間温度也剛好合適，睡醒之後工作人員就把早餐送來了，吃過早餐就慢悠悠的退房了，下次還會來的，酒店很不錯，服務態度也挺好的！

設施：都很完善，就算房間裏沒有也可以直接叫前台小姐姐幫忙拿
衞生：很好，很乾凈，進去之後沒有聞到異味
環境：因為在頂層，所以隔音效果很好，也可以俯瞰到下面的環境
服務：前台小姐姐服務態度特別好，也很耐心
雙人自助下午茶:都是小甜品，自己不想下去的話也可以讓前台小姐姐幫忙弄上來

柚子服務很熱情，辦理入住退房都十分有效率，還免費幫助我們升級房間，晚上還有晚安湯品送到房間，特別的輕鬆舒適。酒店房間的設施還是很不錯的，在房間裏就可以看風景，酒店離各大景區都很衹要二十分鐘的車程，玩兒的很愉快，安利大家來重慶可以訂這家酒店。
