漢庭還是很不錯的，這個地段很好，離地鐵站很近，衞生環境也不錯，但是唯一不足的是這個電梯不是單漢庭使用的，等電梯會等蠻久時間的。

缺點，1）噪音大，房間位置處於鬧市區，樓下就是服裝批發市場，並且毗鄰大馬路。2）電梯，與外部單位共用，電梯需要等很久並且衞生差人員雜。
優點，1）價格實惠，2）工作人員服務態度好，3）新酒店，內部衞生優秀。
