這次入住體驗簡直超出預期！禮賓部小秦服務態度熱情親切，照顧客人需求。貴賓廳超超幫忙倒茶水，安保部元鵬幫忙搬行李。從入住到退房全程順暢舒心，完全沒有一絲顧慮。房間佈局精準踩在我的審美上，簡約清新的風格自帶治癒感，一眼望去就讓人心情放鬆；各類設施齊全且好用，擺放得井井有條。最讓人驚喜的是衞生細節，連邊角縫隙都打掃得乾乾淨淨，洗漱台、地板光腳踩都沒問題，絕對是讓人安心又滿意的住宿，強烈推薦！！！！

賓館大廳富麗堂皇，不愧國賓館，酒店外院子環境優雅，面積很大，可惜沒有時間去走走。房間有些年頭了，但是很乾凈，甚至床底下都很乾凈，沒有灰塵臟污。酒店有游泳池，一大一小，小朋友玩的很開心，遺憾的是衹有下午3點-9點開放，這個天氣下午太熱了，泳池水質很好。早餐自助，豐盛。中餐桌餐點菜，價位稍微貴了些，但是精緻味道好。前台服務員都很專業，有人幫忙拿行李。退房有火鍋底料伴手禮。住酒店就要這種正規的，推沒來得及拍照，但是推薦入住，絕不會有坑。

每次回重慶，從楊家坪到沙坪壩，再到解放碑，選來選去，還是回到了我曾經住過的渝州賓館，酒店內部是園林建築，有草坪，樹林，小湖泊，每個房間都是一個園林景觀。。
平時不愛寫評語，但這次住了好幾天，深深感受到了酒店對客人的温情與關心，服務到家 ，我給孩子洗了衣服，客房服務員會主動我給我們拿個晾曬架子。還有就是美食，他們的早餐實在太好吃了，有各種重慶小吃，涼粉，涼麪，油茶，冰粉。。還有各種菜品，真正讓我吃到了兒時的味道，尤其是麻辣小麪，每天必須一碗，讓我的這個挑食的兒子，連蔬菜都能吃很多，這就是我選來選去的最終酒店。

非常滿意的一次入住體驗，禮賓部小秦服務熱情周到，提出的問題都能用心解決。前台希希幫忙預訂下一次的房間，貴賓廳超超幫忙倒茶水。酒店雖在市中心但一點也感覺不到嘈雜，擺渡車服務也很方便。環境整體温馨幽靜，房間衞生整潔。下次還會選擇。
