看見枕頭套是潮濕的，床單是黃的讓客房大姐換一下被套，客房大姐覺得我們是找茬的一股勁的説，一股怨氣（難道換的時候就不能看看這個臟不臟嗎）。拿的時候還沒注意有一個遙控器上面不知道是什麼像口水一樣黏糊糊的，但是前台的服務態度挺好無論是入住還是退房都還不錯（希望加強對客房大姐的培訓）

房間不亮，陰冷，那個燈比，環境很差，冬天今天像冰窖一樣，除了大一點，沒有任何優勢，房都沒退，直接就沒有住，就走了。瘮得慌

首先進屋裡，煙灰缸，茶壺都臟，床頭那裡灰色的布都成黃色的了，這都算了，那個房間超級吵，好像熱水器在屋裡哪個地方隱藏，時不時咚咚咚一陣。（我拿手機錄了好幾段視頻，聲音很大，但是不知道怎麼發出去）我去的時候都快11點了，太晚也就懶得下樓找前台，但我去的時候給前台説，沒啥要求，房間不吵就行，但是12樓這個房間真的很吵。和圖片宣傳的有差別。另外酒店很不好找，樓下停車有很多家，並且一樓大廳三家酒店的前台都在這裏。和攜程評分我認為不同。
