總體一般，套房有雙衞及雙洗漱台盆，乾濕分離，贊。但是，缺乏熱情主動的服務意識。入住時短髮前台女性，態度生硬，雖然本人聲明瞭這是享受攜程兔押免查房的訂單，但前台仍執意收取了按金，且直接扔了2張房卡就完事，未將包含的早餐券發放給我。入住後，房間裏僅有2小瓶礦泉水，布藝沙發上有污漬，最噁心的是櫃子裏的一床加被，鋪開一開，竟然有茶杯蓋一團油漬。早餐十分簡單，種類十分單調，白水蛋，預製的小包子，炸油條，炒白菜，粥和素米粉。用前台短髮女性的話來説，我們酒店就這樣，沒有星級，別拿我們去跟星級酒店比。抱着這種態度做服務行業，遲早會被淘汰。唯一的亮點是，第二天早上前台一個扎馬尾的女生在我詢問有無早餐券用餐時，把頭天前台短髮女性未給的早餐券補齊了。這種酒店，收着不低的房費，服務水準卻跟招待所一個檔次，估計離閉店也不遠了吧。

前台服務態度超級差，協商換了兩次房間，都沒有熱水，垃圾酒店，建議不要入住，體驗非常非常差！！！

房間發現跳蚤，嚇死個人。3樓餐廳某位服務員態度十分不友好，説她就是這個態度，真的不適合幹服務行業。總之不會再去入住，也不推薦！

服務很周到，可能因為我分在電梯房旁，晚上有點吵（聲音不是很大）。衞生很好，整個酒店環境也是很不錯的。
