The environment is very bad, there are only inner windows, the room is very stuffy, the exhaust fan in the bathroom is broken, the service attitude of the reception desk is poor, and the child got a black mouth and a black face when he took some snacks from the front desk (when checking in). This is the worst Vienna I have ever stayed in.
