晚上一點多到酒店，前台沒人，説前台晚上十點就下班了，是保安打電話帶我們去住宿，沒有辦理任何的入住。我們定的大床房771，説沒有大床房了，帶我們住的雙床房，可是一百塊的差價你總得退我吧，説第二天給我處理，結果現在快一週了，沒任何回覆。酒店比較偏僻，半山，房間設施老舊，連個座機都沒有。
