酒店設施齊全，有USB充電頭，升級了房型有窗，房間很乾凈。浴巾面巾都是獨立包裝，乾淨衞生！洗漱用品都是一次性的，乾淨，用的放心，客房服務態度特別好，每天都會打掃房間，很細緻！很熱情！房間門還有防盜鏈，很安全，交通便利，服務很好

房間隔音還可以，每天早上會聽到窗外傳來的音樂聲，會持續半小時以上，走廊走動的聲音些許會傳進房內。
服務人員有問必達，第一天遇到廁所衛生紙不足的現象，但第二天房務人員有發現，之後都有補足，也遇到微波爐無法加熱的狀況。
