房間衞生乾淨，周邊有個美食城各種美食都有，離白鶴梁水下博物館很近。

平時幾乎不對酒店評價，這家店酒店一年總要住1-2次，之前覺得還可以，但是這次確實讓我太失望了。晚上到達酒店辦理入住，前台説升級一個親子房（1大1小兩張床），到了房間後面才發現就是正常的一個大床房，臨時加了一張床，沒有床頭板不説，原本房間應該有的沙發和桌子也消失的無影無蹤，放了一張不倫不類的凳子，旁邊地上放了兩個應該是麻將桌配套的小茶几還是什麼。更加離譜的是木地板居然是臟的，全是灰感覺就是一間維修房。後面導樓下詢問前台，沒有任何反應，就説了句下次給客房説衞生做好一點。不管怎樣你都不應該欺騙消費者，説什麼免費升級，其實就是一間有問題的房間，大過年的真是晦氣，請酒店管理層引起重視，這是投訴不是和你們開玩笑，有圖有真相也請不要狡辯，避重就輕套路班回覆。
