房間裝修和陳設過於陳舊了，沒有冰箱、沒有酒吧櫃，連喝酒的玻璃杯都沒有。茶杯還是老式的白瓷杯，房間裏衹有很粗糙的兩個茶葉包，房間裏插座很少，燒水壺和電吹風都衹能用電視櫃上那個唯一的插線板。服務一般，春節期間人手不夠也理解。早餐沒有熱茶、牛奶、咖啡，連開水都沒有，也是第一次遇到。温泉水到晚上10點是要關閉的，早上9點以後才開始供温泉。1200多塊的房間這個配套多少有點寒酸了。

老牌酒店，第一次去。在院子裏看到龍水湖，每天早上有一衹白鶴停在淺灘處。客房服務人員和餐廳服務人員都很樸實熱情。給我們的院子大，很舒服。温泉♨️隨時可以泡，乾淨舒適。春節期間晚上有打鐵花，放煙花，專門去觀看了，很好。唯一不足是從大堂走到房間沒有無障礙通道，推着那個行李車我們連推帶拉的，還得抬。希望下次去能有人幫忙送一下行李。
