酒店位置對遊客來説很方便，步行可以到解放碑，洪崖洞，重慶山路崎嶇，好在出租車也便宜，房間比較大，床品毛巾舒服，行政酒廊的gloria服務熱情專業，祝好。

此次再次入住重慶JW萬豪酒店，整體感受棒！踏入大堂，便被熱情周到的服務接待所打動，每一位員工都笑容滿面，耐心答疑、指引到位。江景行政套房面積超寬敞，休息、盥洗、會客及辦公等區域佈置齊全、功能完善，排麪夠大。早餐中西結合、製作精美，種類豐富多樣，還融入了當地特色美食，為客人味蕾帶來絕妙享受。JW萬豪附近一兩百米便是歷史悠久、充滿市井氣息的魯祖廟景點，這裏妥妥的拍攝、美食、發呆、聊天的不二選擇。
酒店美中不足的是：在下午三點辦理入住時被告知江景行政套房正在修理電視，等待時間暫不確定。等待了近一個小時後得到的卻是仍不能入住28樓的答覆。因約好了和朋友見面不能一等再等，接受酒店的安排而從28樓調整到了22樓的江景行政套房。但是套房入户後即傳來一股黴味，直至第二天退房時房間的空氣還沒有恢復乾淨。但瑕不掩瑜，依舊是住得舒適又難忘的一次入住體驗。
房間空氣清新舒適直接關乎客人的身體健康。所以應該清除房間的黴味，保持房間空氣清新，不斷提升賓客滿意度。
