到長嘉滙和朋友玩，臨時決定找個地方休息，剛預訂完，前台就打來電話詢問到店時間，問我怎麼到酒店，找不找的到位置呀，就感覺很貼心，入住時前台小姐姐也是人美聲甜，服務也很好，熱情的推薦遊玩的地方以及美食，辦完入住就和小姐妹樓下擼串啦，再來説説房間，一進入房間，就感覺很舒適，還能躺在床上看外面老街的夜景，房間的設施設備很完善，也不錯，沒有哪裡壞呀什麼的，酒店步行到長嘉滙很近，到江邊也很近，但是我懶，就打車去轉轉啦，夜景真的很漂亮，到下浩以及龍門浩也很近，都是很適合打卡的景點，總體來講，此次入住體驗很棒

忍不住吐槽！！！不是第一次住這家店了，但是這次感受體驗賊差！！！①辦理入住的時候，前台能不能好好培訓一下，或者我可以理解為你當天心情不好，我講了幾次有預訂有預訂，還在問有沒有。難道沒有培訓過微笑服務嗎？板著臉給誰看呢？②早餐用餐體驗太差了，酒店如果沒有這樣的接待能力，可以引導客人分批用餐，沒有地方坐，端着盤子找半天。早餐種類太少了，根本對不起，配不上這個價格。我去拿個筷子，早飯就讓後面的住客收掉了，整個用餐現場根本沒有酒店的人管理。③隔音太差，太吵了，走廊裏説話的聲音，隔壁洗澡的聲音，電視機的聲音聽的清清楚楚，嚴重影響休息。最後提醒大家，不要入住，避免踩坑！！！
