前台，保潔和餐廳的服務人員態度都特別友好。離觀音橋地鐵站很近，步行一二分鐘。但是步行去觀音橋好吃街距離就稍微有點遠，帶着小朋友走起來有點困難，成年人還好。酒店裝修時間比較久了，所以衞生看起來衹能説是中上吧。住起來還好。臨街是個居民區的小市場，煙火氣很濃，對面有家麪館，吃起來還可以。
